French Trip

From the 6th – 10th April, 39 Year 10 pupils spent an educational and fun-packed 5 day trip in Paris.  During the visit pupils also commemorated the 100th anniversary of World War One with a poignant and memorable visit to the Somme Region.  Our trip was made even more special as we managed to locate the grave of the great-great uncle of one of our pupils, Glenn Wray.   Other highlights of the trip included spotting famous landmarks from the top of the Eiffel Tower, a day in Disneyland, using French with native speakers when shopping and a boat trip on the River Seine.
