KS3, KS4 and Post 16 PE

 

Key Stage 3 PE

At Key Stage 3 each student has three periods of PE a week, a single period and a double period. Students will follow a broad and balanced curriculum which includes the following activities;

  • Athletics
  • Badminton
  • Basketball
  • Cricket
  • Dance
  • Gymnastics
  • Health related exercise
  • Hockey (Girls only)
  • Rounders
  • Rugby (Boys only)
  • Soccer
  • Swimming
  • Tennis
  • Volleyball 

Key Stage 4 PE

At Key Stage 4 all students have three periods of PE a week. Students will participate in a variety of the following activities;

  • Athletics
  • Badminton
  • Basketball
  • Cricket
  • Fencing
  • Hockey
  • Rounders
  • Rugby
  • Soccer
  • Team Building
  • Tennis

Post 16 PE

During Year 13 and Year 14 all students have three periods of PE a week. Students can choose to participate in the following activities;

  • Badminton
  • Basketball
  • Cricket
  • Fencing
  • Hockey
  • Personal Fitness
  • Rugby
  • Soccer
  • Tennis
