OFFICIAL OPENING OF FOYLE COLLEGE ARCHIVES

When: Saturday 23rd March 23rd, 11.00am

Where: School Archives, through School front gate turn immediately left, then first right. Archives are down the bottom of the ramp, they are signed.

What: Official opening of the Foyle College Archives by Mr Jack Magill – former principal – followed by a guided tour of the Archives and the School and the unveiling of the restored Lawrence portrait by Mr Patrick Allen, current principal.

Transport: School minibuses will meet the Belfast / Coleraine train getting into Londonderry Station at 10.22am. There will also be transport available to take Former Pupils across to the Bishop Gate Hotel for the Spring Lunch, commencing at 1.00pm.

Attendance: Please indicate on your booking for the Spring Lunch whether you will attend the Archives Official Opening. For those who only wish to attend the Archives Official Opening please let either Donald Bigger 0777 173 5753 or William Lynn 0777 160 8084 know.

Refreshments: Tea and coffee will be available in the Archives.

Donations: If you have anything that you wish to donate to the Archives by all means bring it along. Please ensure that it is labelled so we know who the donor is, and a short explanatory note is always helpful.
