Breakfasts Keep Us Teens Going
US researchers have now said that teenagers who regularly eat breakfast tend to weigh less and do more exercise. There was a survey complete about this with pupils aged less than 15 years old.
The more regularly the teens ate a healthy breakfast have a lower body mass than teens who skip breakfast. Teens that frequently eat breakfast have a healthier lifestyle. In a survey it says that over 25% of teens skip breakfast. I took a survey in our class to see how many people skipped breakfast. The results came out that 36% of people in 10C skip breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and when not taken it can cause light head and dizziness. A breakfast helps teens concentrate in school and can help teens learn. I encourage all people to frequently eat a breakfast and see how it improves their lives.
